**The Opportunity**The Junior Site Superintendent plays a key support role in the day-to-day operations of our multi-family residential construction sites. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong foundation in construction who is ready to grow into a leadership role within a dynamic and experienced team.**What You Will be Doing**:

- Assist in managing on-site construction activities to ensure safety, efficiency, and quality.
- Support coordination of trades, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Monitor construction progress and help identify and resolve issues or delays.
- Participate in site meetings and contribute to planning and scheduling.
- Ensure work is completed in accordance with company policies, drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
- Maintain accurate site documentation and assist with reporting.
- Uphold Paragon’s brand and values in all interactions.

**What You Bring to the Team**:

- 2-5 years of experience in residential construction, preferably in multi-family
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, architectural drawings, and specifications.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Familiarity with construction safety regulations and building codes.
- Experience with Procore or similar construction management software is an asset.
- Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and grow within the role.
