- Supervise on-site personnel, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient workflow.
- Utilize tools such as Bluebeam and Ingenious for project management and communication among team members.
- Prepare construction estimates and manage change orders as necessary throughout the project lifecycle.

**Experience**
- Proven experience as a Site Superintendent or in a similar supervisory role within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction management software and tools relevant to project oversight.
- Proficiency in quality control processes, blueprint reading, budgeting, and construction estimating.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to supervise diverse teams effectively.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in construction environments.
