**The Barn Coordinator works alongside barn staff to complete daily tasks while also assuming responsibility for overall barn management including scheduling, organizing and delegating staff. Duties include**:

- ** 80% Barn Staff Duties**:

- Cleaning Stalls & Feeding, Equipment & General Cleaning & Grounds Maintenance.
- ** 15% Barn Staff Coordination**:

- Coordinate and oversee daily barn staff tasks, ensuring feeding and cleaning standards are met. Develop and maintain barb staff schedules and manage time off requests, ensuring adequate coverage. Working alongside HR for barn staff hiring, development and disciplinary matters.
- ** 5% Other**:

- Monitor barn stock levels and re-order as needed via the Inventory Manager. Attend monthly staff meetings. Other duties as reasonably requested.

**What We're Looking For**
- REQUIRED: Horse Handling Experience
- STRONG ASSET: Previous equine veterinary experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (in English).
- The ability to organize and delegate efficiently.
- A team-oriented mindset and a commitment to excellence in equine care.
