We are building a dynamic team in **Milton, Ontario** to help our clients connect with their communities, share their message, and distribute literature door-to-door in neighbourhoods and businesses. On the road you work in a team of 2-4, going door-to-door and sharing our clients' stories. **Knocks is a community relations company specializing in door-to-door public engagement and consultation.** We deliver the original way people engaged with communities. We have a simple mission - to bring a human connection to public consultation and engagement by sharing your vision and information face-to-face. We are Canada’s door-knocking company. **You pick your own days and hours Most shifts occur on weekday afternoons and evenings, and all day Saturday/Sunday.** **We Offer**:* - Flexible schedules. - $25-27/hr base pay. - Potential **Fast-Track** to Team Leader with $27/hr base pay. - A commitment to your personal and professional development, career progression, networking, and leadership opportunities. - Paid Training - Online, classroom, & on the job coaching. - Immediately part of our family - monthly group workouts, yoga, hikes, and socials. **Job Requirements**:* - Able to walk 5+ kilometers in rain or shine - Excellent communication skills. - Detail-oriented - record information accurately. - Work well in a team and in changing conditions. - Open to working with diverse types of clients and goals. - Multilingual is an asset but not necessary. - Access to a smartphone. - Access to a car. **Job Type**: Part-time **Salary**: $25.00-$27.00 per hour Expected hours: 10 - 25 per week **Benefits**: - Dental care - Flexible schedule - Paid time off Flexible Language Requirement: - French not required Schedule: - Evening shift - Monday to Friday - Weekends as needed Supplemental pay types: - Bonus pay Work Location: On the road
