**Job Description**:
Are you a driven and ambitious salesperson with a knack for closing deals? Do you have at least one year of sales experience and a passion for providing exceptional service? If so, we want to hear from you As a Sales Representative at All Bright Cleans you will be responsible for generating new leads, nurturing client relationships, and closing sales for our window cleaning services.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and target potential clients in the residential sectors
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective customers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics
- Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up to ensure client satisfaction
- Keep detailed records of sales activities and customer interactions

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 1 year of door-to-door sales experience, preferably in a commission-based role
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities
- Demonstrated ability to close deals effectively and efficiently
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools is a plus

Compensation:

- This position is strictly commission-based
- High earning potential with uncapped commission structure
