Contact Information: Phone Number: 289-597-1505 Office: 10 Planchet Road, Concord, Ontario L4K 2C8 Hours of Operation: Monday to Friday 8:00AM-4:30PM **Job: Technician** We are seeking a technician who will manage, direct and install ADO “Automatic Door Operators” all makes and models, Swing and Sliding. In this position you will work with sub contractors, contractors, builders, and architects to install ADO’s with electrical wiring systems, circuit boards. Following safety practices and standard codes must be meet. **Technician Duties and Responsibilities** - Collaborate with the sales rep to determine the best placement for the ADO door - Replace old ADO for new ADO - Repair broken equipment and wiring - Re programme ADO - Perform and analyze test the new ADO system - Work with team members to make recommendations - Perform calibration for wire replacement and electronic components - Participate in test runs **Technician Requirement and Qualification** - Two years of experience as a technician or relevant work experience - Able to multi-task prioritize - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Technical school certification for technicians - Proficient written skills “computer skills” - Excellent communicator, able to understand instructions and communicate effectively - Salary to be discussed - Truck - Benefits after 3 months **Salary**: $15.50-$32.99 per hour Schedule: - 8 hour shift - Monday to Friday Ability to commute/relocate: - Vaughan, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required) Application question(s): - Must have 2 years experience working with Automatic Door Operators, all makes and models "Swing Door and Sliding Door" **Education**: - Secondary School (preferred) **Language**: - English (preferred) Licence/Certification: - Driving Licence (required) Work Location: In person
