We are looking for full-time Junior / Senior Tax Associate to join and help our vibrant team of passionate professionals who are committed to working towards their personal goals as well as serving the diverse client base with the highest standard of service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Preparing / reviewing Canadian and US personal tax returns for resident of Canada and non-resident clients
- Organizing, reviewing and performing follow-ups on client information during tax preparation
- Preparing and conducting correspondence addressing tax matters to tax authorities (CRA/IRS)
- Collaborating with all levels of the organization to provide exceptional client service
- Managing and completing client files and tasks ahead of deadlines and filing extensions as needed
- Assisting the office with administrative tasks, as necessary

- Proven ability to efficiently learn and adapt to dynamic environments
- Able to maintain high levels of productivity under time-constraints and other pressures
- Capable of working independently and collaboratively across all organizational levels
- Exceptional communication (verbal & written) and problem resolution skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in analysis and data-entry
- Excellent time management skills and experience with managing and meeting varying deadlines
- Capable of adjusting to and learning new technologies and information systems

**Requirements**:

- Eligible to work in Canada
- Able to commute to work in the office from Monday to Friday
- Concentration in Accounting or Business Administration preferred
- Prior accounting or tax experience preferred but not required for Junior Associate
- Prior client-servicing experience is ideal

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$80,000.00 per year

- Vancouver, BC V6H 1G7: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
