**The Job**:
Sales for carefully curated all natural skincare, wellness and home care products. As a Sales Associate, you'll offer **personalized** expertise and support to our clients, **guaranteeing** every customer leaves our store **delighted**, with the perfect product in hand.

**Responsibilities**:

- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations
- Process transactions accurately using the POS system, including cash handling and cashiering duties
- Keep the sales floor organized and visually appealing through effective merchandising strategies
- Upsell products and services to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales
- Manage time effectively to ensure all customer interactions are handled promptly
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive work environment
- Be comfortable on social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter)

**Requirements**:

- Deal breaker - Previous experience in retail sales & skin care knowledge
- Strong professional communication skills
- Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately
- Experience with cash handling procedures and POS systems
- Strong time management abilities to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Experience with Jane scheduling software
- A proactive approach to upselling products while ensuring customer satisfaction
