Omakase Server

**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring special requests are noted
- Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu items, including food preparation and drink options
- Assist with food handling and ensure adherence to food safety protocols
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, service stations, and dining areas throughout shifts
- Handle customer inquiries or complaints professionally to ensure satisfaction
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Upsell menu items when appropriate to enhance guest experience

**Qualifications**
- Previous restaurant or food industry experience preferred
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Knowledge of food handling, food safety, and proper serving techniques
- Experience with barista duties or bar service is a plus
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and teamwork orientation
- Hospitality background or experience in the food service industry is advantageous
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
