Omakase server

Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and attentive Server to join our dynamic team in providing exceptional dining experiences. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, excellent customer service skills, and experience in food service environments. As a Server, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guests have a memorable visit. Previous restaurant experience and knowledge of food safety standards are highly valued to deliver top-quality service in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm
• Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring special requests are noted
• Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu items, including food preparation and drink options
• Assist with food handling and ensure adherence to food safety protocols
• Maintain cleanliness of tables, service stations, and dining areas throughout shifts
• Handle customer inquiries or complaints professionally to ensure satisfaction
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
• Upsell menu items when appropriate to enhance guest experience

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or food industry experience preferred
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
• Knowledge of food handling, food safety, and proper serving techniques
• Experience with barista duties or bar service is a plus
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills and teamwork orientation
• Hospitality background or experience in the food service industry is advantageous
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed

Pay: $17.20-$22.90 per hour
