Territory Manager

**What we do** North Bay Building Products is a leading wholesale distributor of premium decking and railing products in Ontario. We're committed to assisting our LBM and hardware store dealers succeed with industry-leading service, and personal focused relationships. **About the Role** The primary scope of this role will be to build, create and manage accounts with big box building centers, lumberyards and hardware stores (B2B). In this position you will build strong business relationships with decision makers, attend trade shows and ensure continued support for North Bay Decking and Railing product lines. You will play a key role in the growth and success of our team, company and brand. **Requirements**: - Managing existing accounts while sourcing opportunities to create and increase sales. - Creating and generating new leads, business opportunities and relationships. - Building strong business relationships with the individuals of your accounts. - Process inbound orders, provide quotes and solve customer service issues. - Ensuring continued support for all company product lines. - Conducting information sessions with contractor salespeople. - Creating exposure in the market while maintaining and developing a positive brand image. - Managing and growing an assigned customer base using our Customer Relationship Management tools. - Comply with company policies, pricing guidelines, and industry standards. - Collaborate with other sales members and team leaders to increase sales - Foster a culture of high-performance, teamwork, and customer satisfaction **Qualifications**: - Experience in business-to - business (B2B) sales, preferably in the building materials industry servicing "big-box" Building Centers and Hardware Stores. - Ability to work independently with a high standard for quality and attention to detail. - A collaborative team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and extended hours, which may be required from time to time. - A strong background of outside sales in the business-to-business market. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Flexibility to travel when required. **Benefits**: No Recruitment Agencies, please **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent Pay: From $65,000.00 per year Additional pay: - Commission pay **Benefits**: - Automobile allowance - Casual dress - Commuter benefits - Company events - Dental care - Disability insurance - Discounted or free food - Employee assistance program - Extended health care - Flexible schedule - Life insurance - On-site parking - Paid time off - RRSP match - Store discount - Vision care - Work from home Flexible language requirement: - French not required Schedule: - 8 hour shift - Day shift - Monday to Friday - No weekends **Experience**: - B2B sales: 4 years (required) Work Location: Hybrid remote in Trenton, ON K8V 6R8
