**What Will You Do?**
- Oversee the daily operation of the Billing Team. Responsible for the day-to-day activities and guidance of team members. Set targets, implement guidelines, and assist with any issues the team may have.
- To contribute to the overall success of the business by playing an active role in the team with a general understanding.
- To monitor resources against bill volumes and customer requirements.
- To actively work with others in the business to develop strategies and plans to execute projects.
- To identify and eliminate barriers to enhance performance improvements to drive up productivity.
- Be aware of month end deadline procedures and assist in the department's monthly clean-up of unrated pros.
- To drive improvements in the Billing Team performance, as measured by KPIs
- Willing to learn all aspects of the Billing Department
- Understanding of Customer portals ie BluJay/E2Open, Erb Interactive
- Understanding of EDI
- Maintain attendance
- Maintain and create KPI
- All other duties as required.

- Strong interpersonal skills - ability to communicate and contribute effectively with a team, with peers and managers
- Strong influencing skills and able to influence outside area of direct control
- Proven computer and Microsoft Office experience is required.
- Accuracy and attention to detail; working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to prioritise workload to meet challenging deadlines and ability to multitask.
- Ability to promote a positive work environment
- Good communication skills
- Geographical knowledge would be an asset
- Proven mathematical skills would be an asset
- Good understanding of Customer Portals ie BluJay
- Good understanding of Erb customer base
