Scorecard Harry's, the go-to sports bar in Port Dalhousie, is hiring a Kitchen Lead to keep our kitchen running smoothly and to ensure consistent food quality.
**Responsibilities**:
- Lead kitchen staff and maintain high food quality standards.
- Handle inventory counts and ensure stock accuracy.
- Monitor quality control processes.
- Order receiving.
- Ensure compliance with Niagara Regional Health standards.
- Prepare and assign cleaning schedules for other kitchen staff.
- Assist with menu development.
- Handle daily food preparation.
- Operate and clean kitchen equipment efficiently.
- Perform additional duties as required to support kitchen operations
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 2 years of kitchen experience.
- Valid Ontario Food Handler's Certification.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Must be legally able to work in Canada.
