Position: Finish Carpenter

Location: Ottawa, Ontario

**Responsibilities**:

- Execute intricate finish carpentry tasks for a range of residential and commercial projects
- Collaborate within a team or work independently while adhering to project timelines
- Meet clients and play a key role in site operations, ensuring impeccable finishes
- Uphold a superior standard of craftsmanship and meticulous attention to detail
- Interpet and analyze blueprints, drawings, and specifications to ensure precision in execution
- Communicate promptly to management about any arising issues
- Mentor fellow co-workers to develop their skills
- Maintain a secure and organized workspace, adhering to safety regulations
- Assist in sourcing necessary materials and equipment for each project

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in finish carpentry
- Ability to excel both within a team and independently
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality finishes
- Proficiency in multiple finish carpentry areas such as trim work, cabinetry, molding, etc.
- Experience in tile and flooring finishing
- Professional and respectful communication with clients, team members, and managers
- Possession of a valid driver's license with a clean record
- Competence in reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and specifications accurately
- Knowledge of health and safety protocols
