Caribou Restorations Ltd. offers quality renovations and caters to clients who require a full renovation or who may do some of the work themselves, and we guide and provide helpful tips along the way. We are looking for an **Carpenter Finisher **who is passionate about their craftsmanship to join our awesome team.

Looking for a new team member with at least 5 years of carpentry finishing experience (vs rough carpentry), tiling, and painting, and precision work with excellent client service skills.

**Requirements**:

- At least five years of carpentry experience
- Doors and cabinet finishing
- Great personality, fun to work with, team attitude, able to learn quickly,

and teach others
- Hands-on experience with framing, tiling, drywall, mudding, sanding,

painting and finishes
- High-level attention to detail
- Work with the trades in a professional and interactive manner
- Experience using power tools and other tools related to renovations
- Strong organizational skills and excellent client service skills
- Ability to work within deadlines
- Ability to work 8 hours a day, Mon-Fri, with overtime potential
- Strong English language skills
- Ability to meet physical demands of the job
- Work in Ottawa and surrounding areas
- Must have valid driver's license and vehicle in good working condition

Asset: Red Seal Carpenter

Salary is dependent upon experience. Incremental raises based on experience and productivity. Paid weekly.

**Salary**: $30.00-$40.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ottawa, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- carpentry: 5 years (required)

**Language**:

- English (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (required)
