**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist at I-Way Transport Inc. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for customer communication, providing exceptional customer service, sales activities, and training. This role also involves sales management responsibilities. We are looking for someone to know potential market of **Vancouver and Calgary.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Market Research**: Conduct thorough research to identify potential markets and customers for our products/services.
- **Sales Strategy**: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to penetrate international markets and achieve sales targets.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Act as the primary point of contact for international customers.
- **Negotiation**: Prepare and negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of sale in alignment with company policies.
- **Logistics Coordination**: Collaborate with logistics and shipping teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to international customers.
- **Reporting**: Track sales performance, prepare reports, and present findings to management. Analyze data to inform future sales strategies.
- **Compliance**: Ensure all sales activities comply with export regulations and company policies.
- **Networking**: Attend trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote products and gather market intelligence.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
