**Tasks**

Plan,Organize,Direct,Control and evaluate daily operations
Balance cash and complete balance sheets
Cash reports and related forms
Organize and maintain inventory
Monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices, Develop, implement and Analyze Budgets
Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
Estimate and order ingredients and supplies
Address customers complaints or concerns
Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage

**Supervision**

3-4 people, Food service counter attendants and food preparers
Kitchen and food service helpers

**Work conditions and physical capabilities**

Fast-paced environment, Work under pressure, Combination of sitting, standing, walking

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Overtime
- Weekend availability
