Home renovations can be a stressful experience. So, we think the experience needs to be better. That’s what Mode Built was created to do. From the initial estimate to the final reveal and beyond, our team is focused on making the experience as positive as possible for our homeowners. (We also deliver top quality renovations built to code, but really that should just be expected)

MODE Built, a rapidly expanding local home renovation company, is looking for a full-time assistant site superintendent.

We are searching for an energetic, dependable employee with attention to detail, initiative, and a willingness to learn and adapt.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**

Our on-site (field) team needs assistance with:

- Communication with trades, suppliers, office team and home-owners
- Residential construction site prep, maintenance and clean-up
- Deficiency repairs, such as framing, minor taping repairs and paint touch-ups
- Door adjustment, window installation, lock installation and miscellaneous hardware installation
- Demolition
- Unloading and moving construction materials, tools and equipment
- General construction help, indoors and outdoors

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Must have construction experience (minimum 2 years)
- Proficiency with hand tools and power tools
- Knowledge of building codes and safety codes
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Ability to repetitively lift up to 50lbs
- You must be bondable (no criminal record)
- fluent in English
- have a cell phone
- have your own vehicle (mileage reimbursement).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $24.00-$26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
