**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Customer Billing Process
- Ensure accurate and timely data transfer to vendors for customer billing and invoicing
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of our transactional flow and billing portfolio (quantity and cost)
- Assist with vendor relationship management
- Support and collaborate cross-functionally on the implementation and maintenance of billing programs, including Budget Billing and rental plans
- Project Ownership & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Take ownership of projects involving billing systems and the broader Order to Cash cycle
- Actively participate in and drive collaborative solutioning across teams
- Maintain a big-picture perspective—challenge the status quo and contribute to best-in-class long-term planning
- Provide timely updates to managers and stakeholders on project status and system changes
- Master Data Management
- Manage exception reporting and ensure data integrity
- Perform updates and maintenance to support accuracy and alignment across systems
- Perform other duties as required to support team and organizational priorities
**Qualifications**:
- 3-5 years of experience in billing and systems-related roles
- Proven understanding of billing systems and optimization best practices
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives in dynamic or newly established organizations
- Ability to prioritize effectively, manage competing demands, and work with mínimal supervision
- High attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership
