Regional Sales Manager

Our North York based client specializes in the production and distribution of concrete anchors and other fasteners. They are looking for a Regional Sales Manager to join their team.
**Primary Responsibilities**
- Call on the Engineering firms to have products accepted and specified.
- Research and pursue new OEM business opportunities.
- Arrange and conduct regular presentations to engineering firms to grow brand recognition & sales.
- Train and provide technical support to the field sales team and customers (including engineers, end users) as required.
- Establish relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Define customer requirements and suggest appropriate fastening solution.
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, and participating in professional networks.
- Possess detailed knowledge of competitive products, including specifications, competitive advantages/disadvantages and price structure.
- Track and manage opportunities through the company’s CRM
**Qualifications**
- Technical and sales experience on construction job sites
- Engineering degree - Civil (Structural) or Mechanical
- Previous experience as a Sales/ Customer Service Representative an asset
- Ability to work effectively with little or no supervision
- Ready to assume responsibility quickly
- Team player with excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Valid driver’s license, insurance, and a dependable car
- Clean drivers abstract
**Salary**: 40k base, 125-150k OTE,Benefits
**Salary**: $43,295.17-$150,000.00 per year
