The Role
As a Regional Sales Executive – North America
, you'll be a key driver of growth at Rome Logistics Group. This role is designed for an ambitious, self-motivated individual who loves building relationships, identifying opportunities, and closing deals. From day one, you'll take ownership of your client base, develop new business, and have a direct impact on your earning potential and career trajectory.

What You'll Do
- Prospect, pitch, and close new business across North America.
- Build and manage a growing portfolio of clients.
- Identify logistics needs and provide tailored transportation solutions.
- Foster strong customer relationships through exceptional communication and service.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, team-driven environment where ambition is recognized and rewarded.
What We're Looking For
- Interest in building a long-term career in sales (logistics experience an asset).
- Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
- A self-starter with a goal-oriented, competitive mindset.
- Excellent organization and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Excel, Outlook, and Word.
