Process Server

Edmonton, Canada Consolidated Civil Enforcement Full time

Consolidated’s Civil Enforcement is looking for a process server for the Edmonton area. This position is contract and part-time.

The Process Server would be responsible to deliver legal documents to individuals and/or companies in the City of Edmonton and surrounding communities and towns.

A background in legal work or enforcement is helpful, but not necessary. If you are willing to learn, we are willing to train.

**Requirements**

  • Have a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
  • Have a functional smartphone
  • Be able to pass a criminal record check and credit check
  • Be available on a flexible basis to attempt serves at various times of the day, especially mornings, evenings and weekends, and be available to attend at the office to have affidavits commissioned

**Skills and Abilities**

  • Regardless of age - mature, professional approach to work
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and schedule your serves, map your driving route, and efficiently report back to the office.
  • Ability to make clear, accurate notes about service attempts, phone calls, and text messages
  • Effective investigation skills
  • Ability to work alone and at the same time be a strong team player
  • Ability to follow established guidelines and adjust to additional instructions

All servers are expected to be fully vaccinated and to be willing to wear a mask if required by client or requested at the time of service.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Part-time hours: 10 - 30 per week

**Salary**: $800.00-$3,000.00 per month

Schedule
