Better Buckets is a company founded by the motivation to try and make the world a better place in some meaningful way. We are working towards a circular economy, recycling old containers and manufacturing them into new containers.

We are looking for a utility worker to operate machinery (injection molding machines), conduct deliveries (5 ton truck), conduct preventive maintenance, grind plastic and help with renovations and contribute ideas and efforts into new projects and systems as our company grows.

**Position Requirements**
- Flexibility is a key attribute as roles may change throughout year.
- Driver's license
- Training on equipment will be provided however, background working with equipment is beneficial.
- Physically capable of handling repetitive work
- Self motivated
- Capable of working without supervision
- Critical thinking

We are flexible on work schedule and open to full time or part time work. Come join our team, let's build something exciting together.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: $18.00 per hour

**Benefits**:
