About the Role:
We are currently seeking a motivated Construction General Manager to join our expanding team.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Project Planning and Scheduling**:

- Develop project plans, including timelines and milestones.
- Create and manage construction schedules.
- Set clear objectives and deliverables for the project team.

2. **Budget Management**:

- Develop and manage project budgets.
- Monitor and control project costs to stay within budget constraints.
- Review and approve project expenses.

3. **Team Management**:

- Recruit, hire, and manage project staff.
- Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and support to the project team.
- Oversee project managers, coordinators and other subordinate staff.

4. **Resource Allocation**:

- Allocate resources, including labor, materials, and equipment.
- Ensure that resources are used efficiently.
- Address any resource constraints and conflicts.

5. **Quality Control**:

- Establish and enforce quality standards.
- Conduct inspections and quality checks.
- Address and resolve any quality issues.

6. **Contract and Vendor Management**:

- Negotiate and manage contracts with subcontractors and suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions.
- Address disputes and issues with vendors.

7. **Regulatory Compliance**:

- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
- Obtain necessary permits and approvals.
- Manage safety and environmental considerations.

8. **Client Communication**:

- Maintain regular communication with clients and stakeholders.
- Provide project updates and address any concerns or changes in scope.
- Manage client expectations and satisfaction.

9. **Risk Management**:

- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Address and manage unexpected issues or delays.

10. **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate project records and documentation.
- Prepare regular progress reports and financial statements.
- Keep records of project changes and variations.

11. **Project Closeout**:

- Ensure a smooth project handover to the client.
- Conduct final inspections and punch lists.
- Prepare project completion reports and evaluations.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field
- Relevant professional certifications or licenses (e.g., PMP, CCM).
- Several years of experience in construction project management.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and processes.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
