**What You’ll Do**:

- Lead full-cycle project execution from scope planning to closeout
- Manage budgets and schedules, aiming for 15%+ gross profit per project
- Oversee subcontractor coordination and change management via Procore
- Run weekly site reviews and ensure contract deliverables stay on track
- Uphold our client-first culture—strive for a Net Promoter Score of 9+

**Pay & Incentives**:

- $100,000-$140,000/year base salary
- Performance bonuses tied to project margins and client satisfaction

**Schedule & Location**:

- Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-4:00 PM
- On-site in Oakville, Ontario with occasional travel as needed

**Requirements**:

- 5+ years’ experience in commercial/industrial project management
- PMP certification (or equivalent) required
- Proficient in Procore and construction management systems
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

**Preferred**:

- Retail or hospitality construction background
- Proven history managing high-performing teams and subcontractors
