**Korner Kitchen Breakfast & Lunch Eatery** is looking for an experienced Guest Services Manager. We are a breakfast and lunch establishment located in Waterloo. We are a very strong team and strive to maintain exceptional service standards and a positive work environment at all times. Our hours of operation (7am-2:30pm) allow for a great work-life balance within the foodservice industry. **Responsibilities Include**: - Ability to build profesional relationships with guests - Ability to oversee all FOH operations including management of wait staff, hosts and bar service - Ability to handle guest concerns or complaints - Ability to train new employees. - Provide staff support as needed. ( Processing payment, seating guests, running food, expediting, providing staff support in any area required) **Key Attributes/ Skills**: - Attention to detail - Pride in appearance - Ability to work well under pressure - Ability to maintain a sense of urgency - Sincere desire to ensure an exceptional guest experience - Maintain a positive workplace atmosphere - "Touching tables" or guest interaction to ensure exceptional service at all times Looking forward to meeting you. **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $45,000.00-$48,000.00 per year **Benefits**: - Discounted or free food Schedule: - 8 hour shift - Day shift - Holidays - Weekends as needed Work Location: In person
