Forsite is COR certified and committed to providing a safe work environment. **FOREST TECHNICIAN(S)**: As a Forest Technician you will be responsible to provide technical expertise to project teams in all aspects of forest management projects including both timber development and inventory projects. **REQUIREMENTS**: - A safety conscious attitude. - Post-secondary education with a diploma or degree in a relevant discipline, or >3 years related field experience. - Broad understanding and implementation of general forestry practices. - Solid understanding of, and experience in, operational forest planning. - Valid driver’s license. - Enthusiasm and a passion for both forestry and working outdoors. - A professional, friendly and courteous manner, being service & team oriented. - Initiative and perseverance. - Experience working outdoors in all weather conditions.
