**We are currently looking for a Warehouse Supervisor in our Lethbridge Facility Warehouse**
**Shift Schedule: Weekend Nights**
**Responsibilities**
**Responsibilities**:
- Acting as a role model for behaviours based on our PepsiCo Values and Leadership Model
- Leading a team of warehouse technicians and pre sell drivers in achieving performance targets, including but not limited to, production scheduling, shipping, warehouse, maintenance, people management and implementation of change initiatives.
- Manage effective health & safety and all related compliance, quality assurance standards and training and development of assigned staff.
- Communicating & collaborating cross-functionally to assist team to solve operational issues
- Coordinating and monitoring daily workload activities which includes;
- Overall safety, quality and performance and customer/employee experience of the shift.
- Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with PFC’s policies and procedures.
- Accountability for meeting and exceeding operational goals.
- Maintaining inventory accuracy by units, locations
- Evaluating workloads and team resources/communicating change requirements to the site OM for workflow and assignment adjustments.
- Handle performance management issues including; discipline, investigations, attendance management, safety incidences/near miss etc.
**Qualifications**
**Qualifications / Requirements**:
- Post-Secondary education considered an asset (Engineering, Supply Chain, Business or similar)
- Understanding of warehousing operations with experience in a distribution.
- Excellent verbal and written communication/problem solving skills.
- Demonstrated commitment to team development and a strong team player
- Previous team leadership experience and demonstrated measurable results through others
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines
- Strong computer and systems skills
- High degree of organizational skills and attention to detail
