**Title: Supply Chain Coordinator**

**Description**:
Your responsibilities would include:

- Ensure receipt of daily tcom (telecommunication) order upload and validate orders against order parameters
- Cleanse orders and make sure all issues are resolved in time to release
- Create/manage daily Item Change Requests (ICR’s)
- Partner with Product Supply / Supply Chain Optimization (SCO) Analyst to troubleshoot and resolve any product issues (mapped items, item code changes, Item Change Requests (ICRs), Ect.) before releasing orders
- Communicate with the product supply areas on missing orders, cuts, replacement orders, and rejected orders.
- Create duplicate orders for missing sales rep order submissions as needed on a daily basis
- Execution of daily reconciliation tools to communicate / get visibility to product availability for daily load outs
- Support Fixed Inventory Goods (FIG) team on any inventory/order reverses
- Back fill Customer Service Representatives
- Learn all tasks and execute flawlessly
- Other duties as assigned

**Qualifications**

**Key Qualifications**:

- 1-3 years of experience in a similar role
- Broad SAP/ICS/PWM systems expertise
- Strong Office Skills: Excel, Word
- Ability to work in an unstructured environment with the ability to make tradeoff decisions quickly
- Ability to give/receive constructive feedback
- Demonstrated ability to work in a results oriented, challenging environment
- Effective coaching, facilitation and presentation skills
- Must hold strong follow up skills and embrace top level service environment
- Post-secondary education considered an asset
- Experience in a production environment considered an asset
