We're seeking an experienced Front Desk Agent with strong administrative and customer service skills for a casual on-call position. The Front Desk Agent is responsible for the management of the company's front desk and reception area including greeting customers, answering questions and inter-acting with other departments. Strong interpersonal and clerical skills are a must for this position, as well as a willingness to take initiative and a commitment to confidentiality.
**Responsibilities**:
- Answer incoming calls and resolve problems.
- Answer questions and solve customer issues.
- Ensure customers have a positive experience.
- Assist customers with their purchases in the bistro.
- Receive packages and deliveries.
- Assist with organization of move in and move outs.
- Ability to log events and inquires that happen on shift
- Organize transportation for tenants upon request.
- Basic administrative tasks and duties.
**Job Type**: Casual
**Salary**: $18.00 per hour
