**Job Title**: Rental, Sales & Property Manager
**Location**: Edmonton, Canada
**Job Overview**:We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented **Rental, Sales & Property Manager** to manage property rentals, sales, and tenant relationships. This full-time role combines property management, customer service, and sales responsibilities. Ideal for someone passionate about creating tenant experiences, driving rental success and purchase properties for the purpose of creating more rental units.
**Responsibilities**:
- Oversee property rental operations, including tenant relations, lease agreements, and maintenance.
- Conduct property showings, respond to inquiries, and advertise available units to maintain high occupancy.
- Maintain records and update property management software.
- Address tenant concerns and coordinate maintenance services.
- Develop and perform marketing strategies to attract and retain tenants.
- Prepare reports on occupancy rates, rental income, and market trends.
- Build strong relationships with tenants and stakeholders.
- Manage marketing and social media for company visibility and tenant engagement.
- Assist with property purchasing needs in specific neighborhoods (bonus opportunity).
**Qualifications**:
- Positive, outgoing personality.
- Proven experience in property management, sales, or a related field (preferred).
- Strong communication skills (written and spoken English).
- Proficient in administrative tasks with great attention to detail.
- Ability to negotiate and maintain strong relationships.
- Strong organizational skills and multitasking ability.
- Proactive and self-motivated with problem-solving skills.
- Flexible availability, including weekend, afternoons and evenings.
- Open to a dynamic, challenging work environment with growth potential.

Pay: $52,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
