**Position Title**: New Business Coordinator
**Reports To**: Manager, Individual New Business
**Department**: Individual New Business Coordination
**Term**: Temporary Full-Time - Eighteen (18) Month Contract

**Work Arrangements**: This is a hybrid role. You will work in our office in Waterloo, ON a minimum of two (2) assigned, consecutive days every other week, plus a fifth (5th) assigned day per month. You are welcome to work from the office more than the minimum requirement and there may be some roles that are required to work in our office more than the minimum requirement.

**What you will be doing**:

- Communicate with and support Advisors, MGA’s and RSM’s as required to follow up on outstanding requirements.
- Provide exceptional customer service to MGA’s, AGA’s, external Vendors and Regional Staff.
- Special handling of requests and modifications as required.
- Applications must be processed within set service standards, which requires an ability to manage fluctuating volumes and change in direction
- Problem solving with day to day work assignments.
- Provide daily updates to Supervisor relating to volumes processed, process times, and other required metrics as required.

- Sound knowledge of Windows based programs combined with excellent keyboarding skills
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication skills; both verbal and written
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment with a focus on team goals, as well as an ability to work independently
- Process driven with a superior customer service attitude
