Total Instant Lawns has provided a premium landscaping services to the Ottawa area since 2010. We are seeking reliable, honest and hardworking operators to join our landscaping crews. Total Instant Lawns is a growing company with lots of opportunities to grow with us.

As an operator, you will be responsible for working with your crew on the project for the day operating heavy machines.

**All machines are new or mínimal hours and with the top end comfort package (air ride seats etc). Bobcat T86 and T76 models.**

Responsibilities include:

- Arriving on-site on time.
- Operate various tools and equipment
- Comply with all company and regulatory policies.
- Ensure safe work practices
- Conduct pre-operational checks on equipment
- Clean and lubricate equipment and refill equipment tanks

As an operator, you will be responsible for maintaining and operating the machine assigned to you.

Qualifications:

- Experience in rough and fine grading, finishing, sod installation, and other softscaping services is preferred.
- Minimum of 3 year of experience in the construction industry
- Excavation
- Good physical condition.
- Willingness to work as part of a team, and communicate effectively.
- Ability and willingness to work extended hours.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Personal transportation required.

This is a full time contract position. There is a possibility for extension throughout the winter with guaranteed pay.

The position is Monday
- Friday.

Total Instant Lawns offers competitive compensation based on qualifications and experience. Performance bonuses are given to reward exceptional work.
