We are an established leader of 45 years in a wholesale industry and growing. Based in Burnaby or Langley, the Credit Manager oversees the credit granting process for the company.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and lead the Credit Department
- Oversee and ensure all credit policies and procedures are being followed
- Make recommendations for changes
- Maintain accurate records of all accounts
- Receivables and work with account holders on overdue accounts
- Make recommendations to senior management to support and improve efficiency with collections
- Ongoing development of the department

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Finance Accounting or Business Admin or related field
- CCP Designation an asset
- 3 years of Credit & Collections experience in the flooring/construction sector
- Strong Analytical & negotiation skills
- Strategic and forward thinking
- Strong problem solving ability

This is a company with a great culture and deep roots and our last Credit Manager was with us for 18 years. The successful individual for this position will have a good track record and appreciate stability.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $70,000.00 per year
