Our second **red carpet pre-launch** is on **Saturday, October 4th (5-9 PM)**, designed to generate cinematic photo/video content and targeted press coverage. **Role Summary** We’re hiring a **high-energy, deadline-driven Event Coordinator** to own planning and flawless execution. You’ll handle **vendors (including venue), media/press, content production (photo/video), sponsorships, budget, model/talent flow, guest experience, and favours/gifting**—and you thrive under pressure while over-delivering. **The Opportunity**: We are looking for a highly creative and ambitious Event Coordinator to join our team and build our event program from the ground up. This is a full-time, long-term role for a passionate planner who wants to make a significant impact. Your journey with us begins with an immediate, high-stakes challenge: you will take the lead on planning and executing a **luxury, red carpet-style event** on **Saturday, October 4th, 2025.** Success in this first project will transition directly into a full-time position, where you will be responsible for conceptualizing and managing monthly events moving forward. This is a role for a proven professional who is ready to demonstrate their expertise under pressure and grow with us. **Who You Are**: - **An Expert in High-Profile Events**: You have a proven track record of managing luxury, high-end, or red carpet-style events. You flawlessly coordinate vendors, media, high-profile guests, and talent like a seasoned pro. - **Unflappable and Immediately Available**: You have a history of going "above and beyond" under intense pressure. Crucially, you are available for an **immediate start (today or tomorrow)** and can dedicate the necessary hours, including evenings and weekends, to ensure a flawless execution by October 4th. - **A Master of Resourceful Execution**: You are brilliant at creating a premium experience on a smart budget. You see constraints as a creative challenge and know how to produce incredible results. - **A Strategic Prioritizer**: You instinctively know how to create and execute a step-by-step plan on a compressed timeline. You can strategically prioritize critical paths including vendor lock-down, press/media outreach, photo/video production, model recruitment, and overall guest experience. - **An Ambitious Builder**: You're looking for a place to build something lasting. The idea of developing a recurring event series from the ground up excites you. **Your First Challenge (The Next 13 Days)**: Take full, immediate ownership of the event plan for October 4th. Your step-by-step plan will need to deliver excellence across all facets, with a sharp focus on prioritizing and managing: - **Event plan & budget**: build timeline, milestones, and run-of-show; track spend; keep luxury standards on budget. - **Media/press & red carpet**: invitations and confirmations, step-and-repeat, arrivals flow, press check-in, VIP/influencer handling. - **Content production**: co-create shot lists and scene plans with photo/video; ensure brand placement and coverage of must-have moments. - **Vendors & sponsorships**: negotiate, contract, and schedule (photo, video, DJ, catering/servers, décor, security); secure and service sponsors. - **Model Recruitment**: Sourcing and coordinating models required for the event. - **Guest experience**: check-in, queue management, wayfinding, ambiance; maintain upscale energy and polish throughout.
