Alo Food Group is seeking a dedicated and professional Event Coordinator to join our team.

The Event Coordinator is responsible for planning successful private events. This individual is a strong seller with great organizational skills and has a keen eye for detail. The Event Coordinator is the first connection with the guest, and acts as their agent to make every event tailored to their group and needs.
The Event Coordinator is the bridge between the guest and the event team. The Event Coordinator is principally responsible for creating detailed and accurate BEOs, procuring rentals, ensuring details are not missed, and setting up the service team for success. The Event Coordinator will work on site at Salon, showing the room to potential clients and being available to drop in guests.
- Developing & maintaining strong guest and vendor relationships.
- Building new relationships with potential clients.
- Communicating with the kitchen team to ensure smooth FOH & BOH operations.
- Creating and maintaining up to date BEOs, creating accurate menus based on guests' selections on InDesign.
- Confidence to sell the uniquely refined services that Salon offers, which includes wine recommendations.
- Managing the wine program including ordering and monthly inventory of wine cellar.
- Hosting weekly meetings with the kitchen and service team.
- Offering fine detail options to guests to elevate their experience.
- Maintaining the standards and brand identity of Alo Food Group, always acting on the guests' side.
The Event Coordinator role is administratively focused. Experience with TripleSeat is a strong asset. Restaurant experience is an asset. Strong written and verbal communication is necessary.
Pay: $75,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
