**We’re Looking for a Bookkeeper/Payroll. Could it be you?**

This is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented and motivated accounting professional who enjoys working with numbers and contributing to a mission-driven organization. As our Bookkeeper, you’ll support our Finance team with payroll, accounts payable, and billing while collaborating closely with Project Managers and vendors.

**What You’ll Be Doing**
- Process accounts payable invoices including reviewing for accuracy and proper coding
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies
- Reconcile monthly vendor statements
- Prepare AP reports and support AP payment processes
- Prepare AR time and material and other non-project billing
- Prepare AR reports and follow up on related payments
- Bi-weekly payroll as part of a team

**What You Bring to the Role**
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy in all financial tasks
- Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team
- Comfortable handling multiple priorities and deadlines
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with Viewpoint Spectrum is a plus

**Qualifications & Experience**
- Certificate or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 1-3 years of bookkeeping experience
- Familiarity with payroll, A/P, and project-based billing
- Construction industry experience is an asset
- Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $28.00-$33.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 - 35 per week
