**The Position**

Our clinic concierge is integral to our success. You will be the first and last impression given to every client. We’re currently looking for a passionate clinic concierge to help Massage Matters deliver outstanding service, always. You will work independently and as a part of a professional team. You will report to the Front Desk Supervisor. We want people on our team who have a positive attitude, inspires others with their thirst for excellence, who are honest and excited to come to work as an important part of a larger team each day.

**Who We Are Looking For**
- Strong administrative skills and ability to multi-task and set work priorities
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales and service targets
- **Outstanding communication skills with exceptional skills in building customer relationships and managing customers effectively**:

- Attention to detail in all aspects of office operations and procedures
- A confident self-starter and positive attitude, ready to drive sales and obsess about the customer experience

**Day to day responsibilities include**:

- Greeting clients in a friendly and professional manner, and overseeing the customer service experience from start to finish
- Processing insurance claims
- Supporting the Front Desk Supervisor
- Soft/Informational selling of clinic memberships (Commission on sale of membership)
- Support office flow & management
- Problem solve/make recommendations
- Laundry
- Office Duties (Cleaning etc.)
- Other tasks as required

**The Location**:
Massage Matters is in downtown Toronto only a couple of blocks from the St. Lawrence Market. The area is thriving with new condos, businesses and community events that add to the charm of the area. The clinic is inside of one of the oldest buildings in Toronto, boasting beautiful original brick walls and beams throughout.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $16.00 per hour
