**Key Responsibilities**
- Record day-to-day financial transactions in QuickBooks Online.
- Reconcile bank statements, credit card statements, and accounts
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Generate monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial reports
- Manage payroll entries and coordinate with external payroll providers (if applicable)
- Maintain and organize financial records, ensuring completeness and compliance
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes
- Work closely with our external accountant for tax preparation and audits
- Maintain confidentiality of all financial data
- Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned to support overall business functions.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar finance/accounting role
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Office Programs
- Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting principles
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Diploma or certificate in Bookkeeping, Accounting, or related field preferred

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $22.00-$26.00 per hour
