**What is this role about?**

This position is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of their assigned product offering ensuring that quality control measures are in place to promote client’s success. In addition, this position will play a big part in developing business strategies and optimizing business processes to improve the overall performance of their assigned product offering. This is a critical position in holding a close-knit team aligned and accountable for achieving company goals and their overall performance.

**What will your day to day look like?**
- Oversee the daily operations of a product offering and provide leadership and guidance to the business unit.
- Develop marketing, financial and operating strategies and provide recommendations on best business practices through the use of real-time data
- Hire, lead, develop and support a team of individuals who will be part of the daily operations. This may include roles such as a Copywriter, Tech Lead, Sales Representative, Media Buyer and other support roles as needed.
- Create, optimize and execute workflow processes and measurable key performance indicators (KPI’s) that are aligned with the product offering’s set goals.
- Schedule and prioritize workflows as needed to ensure the smooth transition of activities between departments and timely deliverance of key outputs. Outputs can include launch of test videos, review of new advertisements, and creation of internal processes.
- Collaborate with the launch team during the initial phase of a product offering’s launch by participating and engaging in learning the specific offer, training under the LDS model, and undergoing mentorship through an existing Profit Centre Manager (PCM).
- Perform quality control activities such as reviewing data accuracy & integrity, checking ads design, conducting sales call checks, and correcting errors in the process in a timely manner.
- Develop a playbook (SOP’s) and lead the implementation & execution within the assigned product offering.
- Analyze data, identify opportunities and provide recommendations in collaboration with the leadership team to drive KPI’s.
- Hold various team members accountable for their KPI’s and be able to have difficult conversations as needed.
- Conduct and engage in regular meetings which include performance, sales, 1 on 1’s, and company wide meetings.
- Communicate between different stakeholders and vendors on a daily basis.
- Create an engaging and supportive team environment that fosters a growth and critical thinking mindset within the product offering.
- Plan and create revenue-generating campaigns with team members and keep the team on track in executing on these campaigns.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

**What do we need from you?**
- Diploma or a degree in marketing/media buying; or any other problem solving related educational background.
- Three (3) plus years of digital marketing experience or in a similar field is required.
- Two (2) plus years of project & team management experience is required.
- Experience selling online courses / influencer-lead courses / coaching programs is highly preferred.
- Experience in direct response marketing, Click funnels, and A/B testing is highly preferred.
