**The Role**:
The Hotel Housekeeping Room Attendant is responsible for ensuring that guest rooms are clean, tidy, and well-maintained to enhance the overall guest experience. This role involves performing various cleaning tasks and providing excellent service to guests.

**What you'll do**:
**Room Cleaning and Preparation**:

- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including making beds, changing linens, vacuuming, dusting, and cleaning bathrooms.
- Replenish room supplies such as toiletries, towels, and other amenities.
- Ensure rooms are well-presented and meet the hotel's standards before guest check-in.

**Guest Services**:

- Respond promptly to guest requests for additional items or services, such as extra towels or pillows.
- Provide a friendly and professional attitude towards guests, ensuring their needs are met.

**Maintenance and Reporting**:

- Inspect rooms for any maintenance issues such as broken fixtures or appliances, and report them to the maintenance team.
- Ensure that all furniture and appliances are in good working order.

**Public Area Cleaning**:

- Assist in maintaining cleanliness in public areas, including hallways, stairwells, and restrooms, swimming pool and fitness center as needed.
- Ensure that public areas are neat and free of debris.

**Compliance and Safety**:

- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Adhere to hotel policies and procedures to maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and staff.

**Laundry Duties**:

- Collect and transport used linens and towels to the laundry area.
- Restock fresh linens in rooms and on housekeeping carts.
- Assist with laundry as needed.

**Other Duties**:

- Return and restock the cart at the end of the shift.
- Turn over any lost and found items from guest rooms to the Supervisor.
- Assist in special projects assigned by Managers, such as deep cleaning.

**You'll be successful if you have**:

- **Attention to Detail**:Strong attention to detail to ensure rooms are thoroughly cleaned and well-maintained.
- ** Physical Stamina**: Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.

- ** Time Management**:Ability to work efficiently and complete tasks within assigned time frames.
- ** Teamwork**:Ability to work well within a team and assist colleagues as needed.
