You are the person we are looking for the position of Software Trainer on Activix’s team in the greater Toronto area.

P.S.: Do you have knowledge about the automotive industry? That’s an asset

**What will you do?**

You will be in charge of training and accompanying our clients in terms of their use of the CRM and on the best phone and web strategies.

**But who is Activix?**

We are the leaders in training, performance analysis and in customer relationship management tools within the automotive industry.

**What will your days look like?**
- Train our clients on the Activix CRM
- Coaching on phone call techniques and management of web requests
- Improve and maintain the quality of customer service offered to our clients
- Establish an implantation plan that is efficient with our clients
- Reinforce the sale of products and CRM services

**What competencies should you have?**
- Training and education experience
- Aptitudes in communication
- Comprehension of the proper phone call techniques
- Autonomy and resourcefulness
- Personal vehicle and valid driver’s license
- Experience with CRMs (an asset)
- Sales experience (an asset)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
