**What can you expect in this role?**
- Manages a portfolio in accordance with guidelines and approved rating models, ensuring best practice is always maintained
- Negotiates terms, conditions and premium for new and renewal accounts within individual assigned portfolio and authority level
- Provide pipeline for new business
- Build strong relationships and drive profitable growth with key brokers and clients
- Build strong relationships within the Commercial Lines team
- Provide technical mentorship and review accounts with regional underwriters
- Provide input and assist in product development
- Participate in industry events

**What do you bring to the role?**
- University degree
- 4+ years of Miscellaneous E&O or Technology E&O underwriting experience
- Technical knowledge of policy wordings and contracts
- Innovative mindset to deliver tailored solutions
- Strong focus on customer service
- Excellent research skills
- Committed team player who will engage in constructive discussion and provide constructive feedback and suggestions for improvement
