**Responsibilities**:

- Manage accounting for the full accounting cycle
- Perform monthly reconciliation of intercompany accounts
- Prepare payment recommendations and distribute associated tasks to colleagues for different entities
- Verify intercompany balances, record intercompany transactions, and propose payments
- Intercompany billing
- Manage credit cards reports
- Prepare and produce monthly GST and QST reports
- Approve drafts of intercompany accounts receivable
- Analyze discrepancies in accounts as needed
- Assist in preparing the year-end audit and any other government audits
- Help improve internal controls
- Maintain the books and records of other minor entities within the corporate group
- Process invoices payments
- Other sporadic accounting projects or tasks

**Required Skills**:

- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a similar position
- Excellent understanding of accounting principles and practices
- Experience managing full-cycle accounting and preparing financial statements
- Good knowledge of ERP systems - SAP Business One (an asset)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including advanced Excel skills with a proven ability to handle large amounts of data
- Bilingual (English/French) (English is necessary due to company presence in Canada and other countries)
- Meticulous, attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills
- Team player, works efficiently under pressure and able to prioritize tasks
- Excellent time management, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines

**Education**:

- Diploma in accounting

**Schedule**:
