Your Shangri-La awaits

We are currently searching for a talented Lead Residential Concierge to join our team on a full time basis.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Ensures compliance to all hotel policies, standards and core practices

Maintains positive internal and external relationships, familiarity with local venues, attractions, restaurants, events, and Shangri-La hospitality standards

Exceed service expectations proactively, promptly, professionally, with genuine care to attention and detail

Ensure safety and security measures are taken and are in accordance with Shangri-La Standards

Maintain presence in the residential lobby providing residents with general information about the hotel or city

Manages mail/courier arrangements for residents, accepting and processing deliveries for our residents

Maintains expertise on and contacts with local venues, attractions, restaurants, events and entertainment

Provides assistance in making reservations for restaurant/entertainment/transportation, as required

Ensures each guest is warmly greeted and offered directions, as needed

General customer service inquiries from our residents

General administration related to resident and estate owner accounts

Providing assistance to contractors and visitors to residential units.

Assist in handling of resident complaints and ensure that proper follow-up takes place

Undertakes other ad hoc related responsibilities, as required

Strong administrative and organizational skills preferable

Strong customer service skills required

Excellent written and verbal communication

Previous experience in a similar capacity within another luxury or upscale hotel brand is an asset

Previous experience with computer systems such as Micros, ALICE, Microsoft Office, Open Table software is preferred

Ability to work independently without supervision
