**What you can expect to do here**:

- Participate in the design and implementation a global financial framework that allows the monitoring of costs globally.
- Provide financial analysis and insights to corporate function leaders to drive decision-making, by maximizing our financial system.
- Organize and lead the financial review of the corporate function leaders.
- Manage the actuals, budgeting, and forecasting processes for the corporate functions.
- Monitor financial performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with other finance business partners to ensure consistency and alignment across the organization.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.Leverage and lead a team of finance business partners that supports the corporate functions in achieving their financial targets and objectives.

**What you’ll bring to WSP**:

- Minimum of 6 years of experience in finance including 2 years in a management position and at least 2 years in a finance business partner role.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
- Strong understanding of financial management, budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to translate complex concepts and metrics into clear, actionable financial insights.
- Ability to work collaboratively with senior leaders, corporate finance team and other stakeholders, as well as connecting them.
- Be bilingual (English and French).Knowledge of Oracle Fusion accounting system and HFM Hyperion consolidation system is an asset.
