Purity has a job opportunity for a **Full-time Customer Care Representative **for its head office in Acton. This fast paced hands-on position will be responsible for timely and accurate processing of handling of all customer orders and queries.

**HOURS**:Sunday to Thursday 9:00am to 5:00pm (Sunday hours are flexible)

**SUMMARY - **Provides the highest level of proactive customer service and support to all Purity Life customers, Brokers and Purity Life Account Representatives.

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES **include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Obtains orders via phone, and ticketing system and enters the orders into the AS400/Webseries
- Assists customers with all product and sales queries and
- Handles inbound calls and
- Performs order maintenance and completes follow up through outbound calls to our
- Processes any authorized credits for accounts through the AS400/Webseries
- Provides the highest level of customer service to all Accounts.
- Builds and maintains customers’
- Enters new customer data and other sales data for current customers into computer

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Proven successful history in Customer Service
- Spoken and Written French is an Asset
- Excellent phone manner
- Knowledge of an AS400/Webseries system is an asset
- Microsoft Office skills a must
- A strong team player
