**Responsibilities**:
As an E-commerce Specialist at Norgen, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our online presence and driving sales growth. Your responsibilities will include:
**E-commerce Strategy**: Develop and execute e-commerce strategies to maximize online sales and customer engagement.
**Website Management**: Manage our e-commerce website, ensuring it is user-friendly, up-to-date, and optimized for SEO.
**Product Listings**: Create and maintain product listings, ensuring accurate and compelling product descriptions, images, and pricing.
**Customer Experience**: Enhance the online shopping experience to delight customers and drive repeat business.
**Analytics and Reporting**: Monitor and analyze e-commerce performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
**Inventory Management**: Work closely with our inventory and supply chain teams to ensure product availability and efficient order fulfillment.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in e-commerce, preferably in the life sciences or related industry.
- Proficiency with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento) and digital marketing tools.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging e-commerce technologies.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Expected hours: 40 per week
