**Job Overview**
We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as Back of House Staff. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen and support the front-of-house staff by maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient workspace. You will be responsible for various tasks that contribute to the overall dining experience of our guests.

**Duties**
- Prepare ingredients and assist in food preparation according to recipes and standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including washing dishes, cleaning surfaces, and disposing of waste properly.
- Assist with inventory management by restocking supplies as needed and reporting shortages to management.
- Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with chefs and kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
- Participate in regular training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge of food safety practices.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- A passion for food and commitment to providing excellent service is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
