**POSITION OBJECTIVE**:
**FUNCTIONAL/TECHNICAL RESPONSIBILITIES**:
1. Acts as the first point of contact for admins, physicians, and senior management.

2. Supervise the administrative staff.

3. Manages staff scheduling to ensure effective clinic coverage and yield productive results.

4. Oversees and finalizes staff clock in/out using the electronic staff timeclock.

5. Utilizes knowledge of RAMQ to optimize and manage physician billings.

6. Provide pertinent billings information and records required to Finance on a consistent schedule, or when requested.

7. Responsible for the ongoing training, development, and regular evaluation of the administration team.

8. Assist Human Resources in recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and orientation.

9. Facilitate team meetings that encourage open communication and keep team up to date on clinic programs and operations; share results and feedback with senior management.

10. Manage patient and provider issues/complaints by escalating to the Area Manager as required.

11. Manage the Physician schedule to ensure productivity and efficiency.

12. Partners with Medical Practitioners to ensure medical staff are adhering to treatment standards and are fully executing the clinic’s programs.

13. Other duties as assigned or required.

**COMPUTER SKILLS**

Skilled in the use of computers, adapts to new technology, keeps abreast of changes, learns new programs quickly, uses computers to improve productivity.

Knowledge of medical software, EMR’s, Zoom, Google Suite and MS Office.

**ORGANIZATION & COMMUNICATION SKILLS**

Strong foundation of organizational and time management skills, able to multi-task and act in a timely and effective manner. Proficient communication skills, but verbal and written as well as the ability to actively listen. Promotes an atmosphere where knowledge is shared by having consistent, appropriate and respectful communication with team members.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:
1. Minimum of 2 years of clinic or clinic management experience, preferably in a fast-paced or multi-unit setting

2. Minimum of 2 years in RAMQ & EMR billing experience

3. Medical or Health related college degree

4. Ability to work weekends and evenings.

5. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills (French + English).

**MANDATORY REQUIREMENT**:
**Effective November 15, 2021, all Jack Nathan Function Health employees are required to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19. Full vaccination occurs 14 days following the second dose of a Health Canada approved vaccine.**
